摘要
为了利用产油微藻深度处理污水厂尾水生产油脂,实现环境污染控制和缓解能源短缺的耦合,需要筛选出具有较好产油能力的微藻。选取4种产油微藻,并对其在水厂污水里的生长情况以及油脂积累的情况进行研究。结果表明:4种产油微藻的生物量为1.04~2.27 g/L,油脂含量为9.95%~28.07%;其中蛋白核小球藻FACHB-5生长速率最快,油脂含量为28.07%,油脂产率达到27.79 mg/(L·d),并且生物量也较高,可进一步优化其培养方式以期作为生物柴油的原料。
It is necessary to screen microalgae strains that has the potential of oil production because the feasibility of using oleaginous microalgae in wastewater advanced treatment as a supplement for wastewater advanced treatment can couple between environmental pollution control and the alleviation of energy shortage.The results showed that the biomass and oil content of the oleaginous microalgal ranged from 1.04g/L to 2.27g/L and from 9.95%to 28.07%respectively.It's concluded that the most potential resource for biodiesel producing is FACHB-5,whose oil content and oil production capacity are 28.07%and 27.79 mg/(L·d)respectively,meanwhile,further probable cultivation condition optimization are required.
