中职学校蔬菜嫁接比赛技能提升方法研究

Study on Skill Improvement Methods of Vegetable Grafting Competition in Secondary Vocational Schools

嫁接技术在蔬菜生产实践中应用越来越广泛,2015年蔬菜嫁接项目新增为全国职业院校技能大赛项目。蔬菜嫁接项目注重培养学生苗种繁育技能以及果蔬嫁接技能。本文探讨了大赛具体操作过程中的关键性技术措施、蔬菜嫁接的技术评分点、操作中的问题,总结了提高嫁接技术的措施,提出了合理的意见和建议,为提升中等职业院校蔬菜嫁接大赛的组织能力和参赛学员的竞技水平提供经验。

Grafting technology is more and more widely used in vegetable production practice.In 2015,the vegetable grafting project was added to the national vocational college skills competition.The vegetable grafting project focuses on cultivating students'abilities in seedling breeding skills and fruit and vegetable grafting skills.This paper discusses the key technical measures in the specific operation process of the competition,the technical scoring points of vegetable grafting,the possible problems in operation and the measures to improve the grafting technology,and puts forward some opinions and suggestions.The purpose is to provide experience for improving the organizational ability of vegetable grafting competition in secondary vocational colleges and the competitive level of participants.
