摘要
非圆齿轮液压马达的输出转速及其运转过程中的平稳性对马达的性能有较大的影响,在对马达配流规律和轮系运动规律分析的基础上,以角排量的脉动率为衡量指标,分析了马达运转的平稳性;以缝隙流动为基础,建立了马达转速与输入流量间的计算式,为该类马达输出转速分析提供了理论基础。结果表明,为形成指定转速所需马达的输入流量并非等于理论流量,行星轮公转速度越大,内齿圈内外径比值越小,所需的实际流量越大。帕斯卡蜗线型马达的运转平稳性要优于高阶椭圆型。研究结果对这类马达的工程应用具有一定的参考价值。
The output speed of non-circular gear hydraulic motor and its stability during operation have a great influence on the performance of the motor.Based on the analysis of the motor flow distribution law and the gear train movement law,the stability of the motor operation is analyzed with the pulsation rate of the angular displacement as the measurement index.Based on the slot flow,the formula between the motor speed and the input flow is established,which provides a theoretical basis for the analysis of the motor output speed.The results show that the input flow of the motor required to form the specified speed is not equal to the theoretical flow.The largerthe revolution speed of the planetary gear is,the smaller the internal diameter ratio of the internal gear ring is,and the greater the actual flow required.The running stability of Pascal worm type motor is better than that of high order elliptical type motor.The research results have certain reference value for the engineering application of this kind of motor.
