转盘轴承滚道感应加热数值模拟分析

摘要 转盘轴承是汽车轮毂中非常关键的部件,承担轮毂的旋转运动与结构的支撑作用。目前普遍使用的转盘轴承滚道感应淬火工艺缺乏规范性指导,感应器没有统一标准,导致产品报废率高。以电磁感应理论为基础,建立转盘轴承滚道感应加热过程的数值模拟模型,研究不同感应器结构在静态与动态感应加热过程中受不同工艺参数影响所造成的温度场分布,并选出加热效果最好的D型感应器。通过提取实验数据与数值模拟结果进行对比,证明了所建立数值模拟的准确性,为实际轴承滚道感应加热过程提供指导意义。 The slewing bearing is a very critical component in the automotive wheel hub,bearing the rotational movement of the hub and the support of the structure.The induction quenching process of slewing bearing raceways currently in common use lacks normative guidance.There is no uniform standard for inductors,which leads to high product scrap rate.In this paper,based on electromagnetic induction theory,a numerical simulation model of the induction heating process for the slewing bearingracewais established,to study the temperature field distribution caused by different inductor structures under the influence of different process parameters during static and dynamic induction heating,and the D-type inductor with the best heating effect is selected.The accuracy of the established numerical simulation is demonstrated by comparing the extracted experimental data with the numerical simulation results,which provides guidance for the actual bearing raceway induction heating process.
