复杂型面构件SR法向测量机摇篮设计与分析

摘要 为了实现复杂型面构件的表面粗糙度(简称:SR)检测,根据复杂型面构件的三维数据、SR测量原理、工件位姿的控制需求以及机床技术参数等设计了一种高精度的悬臂式摇篮结构。通过赫兹接触理论计算轴承刚度,利用有限元分析软件对摇篮主要结构件的变形量进行分析,确定摇篮变形补偿的方式。随后对摇篮与直线模组进行运动学分析,得到摇篮摆动角度与直线模组运动关系方程。对实体摇篮组件进行负载实验分析,结果表明,摇篮结构的变形量较小,所确定的摇篮补偿方式可以达到技术要求。最后利用雷尼绍XL-80对摇篮摆动角度进行检测,结果表明,摇篮实际摆动角度与理论摆动角度重复性较好,综合验证了复杂型面构件SR法向测量机摇篮结构设计的可靠性。 To realize the surface roughness(SR)detection of complex curved components,a high-precision cantilever cradle structure was designed according to the three-dimensional data of complex curved components,the SR measurement principle,the control requirements of the workpiece pose and the technical parameters of the machine tool.The bearing stiffness is calculated using the Hertzian contact theory.The deformation of the cantilever cradle structure is analyzed using finite element analysis software to determine the way of cradle deformation compensation.The kinematic analysis of the cradle and linear module is then carried out to obtain the motion relationship equation between the cradle swing angle and the linear module.The cradle assembly was analyzed in a load test.The results showed that the deformation of the cradle structure was small and that the determined cradle compensation method could meet the technical requirements.Finally,the cradle swing angle has been tested using the Renishaw XL-80.The results show that the actual swing angle and the theoretical swing angle of the cradle have good repeatability,which comprehensively verifies the reliability of the cradle structure design of the SR normal measuring machine for complex curved components.
