摘要 滑动横移式开坯机工作模式特殊,装机的主传动轴因花键副磨损无法满足使用,严重影响生产进度。对主传动轴进行优化设计,通过优化花键副定位结构、提高花键齿面硬度、优化润滑油路等措施防止花键副磨损。优化后的主传动轴上线使用花键副磨损很小,彻底解决了问题,达到工作稳定、寿命达标的目的。 The working mode of the sliding and transversal cogging mill is special,and the installed main drive shaft cannot meet the requirements due to wear of the spline pair,which seriously affects the production progress.This paper optimizes the design of the main drive shaft,and prevents the spline pair from wearing by measurements such as improving the positioning structure of spline pair,raising the hardness of spline tooth surface,and optimizing the grease circuit.The spline pair of the optimized main drive shaft is much less wear than that of unoptimized,which thoroughly solve the problem of unable to meet production requirements due to wear,stable in running and the service life of the equipment is up to standard.
