摘要
作为一种反应速度快、控制系统精度要求高的设备,贯流式锅炉大多采用控制系统复杂、结构紧凑的设计,内外部检验风险较大,在平时的检验工作中要格外注意,避免因检验不当造成锅炉损伤甚至事故。基于此,本文对贯流式锅炉的结构原理和运行特点展开了分析,根据相关检验技术规范对贯流式锅炉的检验难点进行了探讨,然后提出了贯流式锅炉内部和外部的检验方法,做到有效落实设备的安全检验工作。
As a kind of equipment with fast reaction speed and high precision requirements of control system,tubular boiler mostly adopts the design of complex control system and compact structure,and internal and external inspection risk is larger,extra attention should be paid to inspection work in peacetime to avoid boiler damage or accident caused by improper inspection.Based on this,the structure principle and operation characteristics of tubular boiler are analyzed,and the difficulties of tubular boiler inspection are discussed according to the relevant inspection technical specifications.Then,the internal and external inspection methods of tubular boiler are proposed respectively,so as to effectively implement the safety inspection work of equipment.
