数字化转型下新型职业农民胜任素质构建与培育研究

数字技术赋能乡村振兴,创新驱动农业农村高质量发展和转型,新型职业农民是数字乡村振兴的重要力量,打造胜任数字化转型下的新型职业农民,有必要厘清其胜任素质。通过政策文本分析、文献资料研究及问卷调查统计等研究方法,构建包含知识、技能和素养3个一级维度,农业基础知识、农业融合知识、农业生产技术、数字农业技术、创新创业素养、农业经营素养和协调管理素养7个二级维度,以及21项三级指标的新型职业农民胜任素质。根据所构建的胜任素质模型,建议在进行新型职业农民培育时应该具有前瞻性定位,同时健全培育机制,重点培育新型职业农民的数字化水平。

Digital technology enables rural revitalization, and innovation drives high-quality development and transformation of agricultural and rural areas. New professional farmers are an important force in digital rural revitalization. It is necessary to clarify their competency to create new professional farmers who are competent for digital transformation. Through research methods such as policy text analysis, literature research and questionnaire survey statistics, a new type of professional farmer’s competency has been constructed, which includes three first level dimensions of knowledge, skills and literacy, seven second level dimensions of agricultural basic knowledge, agricultural integration knowledge, agricultural production technology, digital agricultural technology, innovation and entrepreneurship literacy, agricultural operation literacy, coordination and management literacy, and 21 third level indicators. According to the competency model constructed, it is suggested that we should have a forward-looking orientation in the cultivation of new vocational farmers, improve the cultivation mechanism, and focus on cultivating the digital level of new vocational farmers.
