共同富裕背景下高职院校助力乡村文化振兴及其路径探索

党的二十大报告指出,“全面建设社会主义现代化国家,最艰巨最繁重的任务仍然在农村”。在全面建成小康社会之后,我国要向实现共同富裕的远景目标而奋斗,乡村振兴尤其是乡村文化振兴将是全体人民实现共同富裕的必然要求。虽然共同富裕背景下高职院校助力乡村文化振兴有其现实意义,但也存在意识培育不健全、政策环境倾斜度不够和机制不完善等问题。为统筹职业教育、高等教育和继续教育协同创新,要推进职普融通、产教融合和科教融汇,优化职业教育类型定位。在迈向第二个百年奋斗目标的新征程上,高职院校助力乡村文化振兴、促进共同富裕,就必须丰富职业教育内容,加强情怀和理念教育;完善培训方法,加强社会实践教育;创新培育机制,丰富培育形式;打造优质服务,营造良好环境。

The report of the 20th CPC National Congress pointed out that"the most arduous and arduous task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way is still in the rural areas."After we have built a well-off society in an all-round way,our country will strive to achieve the long-term goal of common prosperity,and the revitalization of rural areas,especially the revitalization of rural culture,will be the inevitable requirement for all people to achieve common prosperity.Although it is of practical significance for vocational colleges to promote the revitalization of rural culture in the context of common prosperity,there are still some problems,such as imperfect cultivation of consciousness,insufficient inclination of policy environment,imperfect mechanism and so on.In order to coordinate the collaborative innovation of vocational education,higher education and continuing education,promote the integration of vocational and general education,the integration of industry and education,the integration of science and education,and optimize the type orientation of vocational education.In the new journey towards the second centenary goal,vocational colleges must enrich the contents of vocational education,strengthen the education of feelings and ideas,improve the training methods,strengthen the education of social practice,innovate the cultivation mechanism,enrich the cultivation forms,create superior services and create a good environment in order to promote the revitalization of rural culture and promote common prosperity.
