摘要
随着烟草行业的高质量发展,关于烟草增香生物技术的研究报道也越来越多,特别是从烟草环境中分离出来的微生物被证明可用于烟草加工过程,有效提高烟草品质,减少化学香精香料的使用以及提高烟草制品安全性。通过文献研究,就烟草增香技术发展概况、微生物及酶制剂种类、生物增香技术应用场景等现状及未来发展趋势进行了详细阐述。
With the high-quality development demand of the tobacco industry,there are more and more research reports on tobacco flavor enhancement biotechnology in recent years,especially the microorganisms isolated from the tobacco environment have been proved to be able to be used in the tobacco processing process,effectively improving the quality of tobacco,reducing the use of chemical essence of flavors and improving the safety of tobacco products.In this paper,the current situation and future development trends of tobacco flavoring technology,the types of microorganisms and enzymes,the application scenarios of biological flavor enhancement technology and the future development trend are described in detail.
