Preparation of Monovalent Selective Ion Exchange Membrane

摘要 单价选择性离子交换膜在硬水软化、杂盐纯化、盐湖提锂等领域具有重要作用。通过总结一、二价离子选择透过膜的制备方法,解释了膜表面修饰改性和掺混改性这两种改性方法的原理和特点及其标志性案例。研究发现,采用表面涂覆、电沉积、化学接枝等方法可有效提高离子交换膜对一、二价离子的选择分离性能,对实际应用具有较大的参考意义。 Monovalent selective ion-exchange membrane plays an important role in the fields of impurity salt purification,hard water softening and lithium extraction from salt lakes.This paper aims to summarize the preparation methods of monovalent selective ion-exchange membranes in recent years,and introduce the principles,characteristics and modification examples of surface modification and blending modification in detail.The results show that the selective separation performance of ion exchange membrane for different valence ions can be improved by surface coating,electrodeposition,chemical grafting and other methods,which has broad application prospects.
