摘要 探究了微波消解-氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定竹荪干制品中总砷含量的不确定度。分析影响竹荪干制品中总砷含量测定的各种影响要素,包括样品称量过程、标准溶液稀释过程、标准曲线拟合和测量结果重复性等,并进行定量评定。结果表明,方法测量的合成不确定度和相对扩展不确定度分别为0.0199、4.0%。测量竹荪干制品中总砷含量的结果为(0.1616±0.00646)mg/kg(k=2,置信区间95%)。通过对竹荪干制品中总砷的不确定度评定,控制引入不确定度的主要因素,减少可控不确定度对实验结果准确性的影响,提高实验结果的可靠性。 The uncertainty of determination of total arsenic in dried Dictyophora products by microwave digestion hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was explored.Various factors influencing the determination of total arsenic in dried Dictyophora products,including sample weighing,dilution process of standard solution,standard curve fitting and repeatability of measurement results,were analyzed and evaluated quantitatively.The combined uncertainty and relative expanded uncertainty of this method were 0.0199 and 4.0%,respectively.The total arsenic content in dried Dictyophora products was(0.1616±0.00646)mg/kg(k=2,95%confidence interval).Through the evaluation of uncertainty of total arsenic in dried Dictyophora products,the main factors of introducing uncertainty can be controlled,the influence of controllable uncertainty on the accuracy of experimental results can be reduced,and the reliability of experimental results can be improved.
