摘要
介绍了可以切换为酯化反应、磺化反应等多种精细化工反应单元的半实物柔性仿真控制系统的特点、模块组成、控制方法及实用性。该装置通过切换为不同的生产工艺反应模型,可以学习不同产品生产参数控制方法,丰富了理实一体化课程的内容,有效提高了学生综合实践能力。
This paper emphasizes characteristics of theory-practice integrated course and fine chemical reaction unit,focuses on the characteristics,module composition,control method and practicability of the semi physical flexible simulation control system,which can switch various fine chemical reaction units such as esterification reaction and sulfonation reaction.By switching to different production process reaction models,the device can learn different product production parameter control methods,enrich the content of the integration of theory and practice course,and effectively improve students’comprehensive practical ability.
