摘要
为了提高现有高功率密度电机转子挠度解析计算的准确性,确保电机安全可靠的运行。首先,对比了现有解析法与仿真计算法结果间的差异。然后,通过分析转子重力、单边磁拉力及轴伸集中力与转子挠度间的关系,得到了产生差异的原因。最后,结合仿真计算给出了不同极数下转子挠度解析法的校核系数。现有解析法的优化,有效地改善了高功率密度电机转子挠度计算的准确性及速度。
In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the current motor with high-power density,the analytical calculation accuracy of rotor deflection should be improved.Firstly,the difference between the current analytic method and simulation calculation result was compared.Then,the reason of difference was obtained through analyzing the relationship between the rotor deflection and the rotor gravity,unilateral magnetic pull force,shaft extension concentration force.Finally,the analytical-method calibration coefficient of rotor deflection of motor with different poles was given base on simulation calculation.The optimization of current analytic method has effectively improved the accuracy and speed of calculating rotor deflection of high-power density motor.
