摘要
空化现象是指液流中的流场压力降低到饱和蒸汽压力以下时,液体将会由液态转变为充满蒸汽的气态空泡的过程。应用CFX有限元分析软件,可以有效模拟泵在空化时内部的流动机理,分析出不同工况下叶轮中间流面和叶片中间流线的静压分布、速度分布等变化规律。采用ANSYS CFX软件,对一台多叶片离心水泵进行了空化现象分析,得出的结论对工程实践具有较大的借鉴意义。
The cavitation phenomenon refers to the process that the liquid will change from liquid state to gaseous cavitation filled with steam when the flow field pressure in the liquid flow drops below the saturated steam pressure.The application of CFX finite-element analysis software can effectively simulate the internal flow mechanism of the pump during cavitation,and analyze the variation laws such as static pressure distribution and velocity distribution of the impeller middle flow surface and blade middle streamline under various working conditions.This paper analyzes the cavitation phenomenon of a multi-blade centrifugal pump by ANSYS CFX software,and the obtained conclusion has great reference significance for engineering practice.
