摘要
顶盖与座环联接结构是顶盖轴向刚度的主要影响因素。运用ANSYS软件对顶盖与座环结构进行联合计算,从螺栓预紧力、螺栓把合分布圆半径及螺栓数量与直径三方面进行分析。结果表明:提高螺栓预紧力、选取最小螺栓分布圆半径及选取数量少、直径大的螺栓布置型式有助于提高顶盖的轴向刚度性能,为顶盖与座环联接结构的设计与优化提供了参考依据。
The joint structure of head cover and stay ring is the main influence factor of axial stiffness of head cover.The rigidity and strength of the structure are calculated jointly by ANSYS software and are analyzed from three aspects of the pretightening force of bolt,the radius of distribution circle of bolt as well as the number and diameter of bolt.The study results show that it is helpful to improve the axial stiffness of head cover by increasing the pretightening force of bolt,selecting the minimum radius of distribution circle of bolt and adopting an arrangement type of bolt with small number and large diameter.It provides a reference basis for the design and optimization of joint structure of head cover and stay ring.
