摘要
目前,电动机设计时采用复合传感器已成为新的趋势,本次采用的复合传感器可以实时监控电动机传动端和非传动端轴承温升及振动。电动机出厂试验时,需同时检测复合传感器的两组铂电阻温度传感器冷态电阻值与振动传感器工作电压值。目前,现场不能实现同时检测的功能,批量生产时检测效率低。通过复合传感器检测装置,将检测需使用的电路集成在检测装置中,能实现同时检测两组铂电阻温度传感器冷态电阻值与振动传感器工作电压值,且新制装置集成化程度较高,一人即可进行操作,批量试验时简单易操作;新制装置可避免重复接触插针,减少因静电损害传感器的风险。
At present,it has become a new trend in motor design to use composite sensors.The composite sensor adopted in this paper cane monitor the temperature rise and vibration of bearings at the driving and non-driving ends of the motor in real time.During the factory test of motor,the cold-state resistance value of two groups of platinum resistance temperature sensors and the working voltage value of vibration sensor should be tested simultaneously.At present,the function of simultaneously testing the above values can not be realized on site,and the detection efficiency is low in batch production.The composite sensor detection device can integrate the circuit used during test into itself,which can achieve the detection of the above values simultaneity.Moreover,the new device is highly integrated and can be operated by one person,which is simple and easy to operate in batch test.The new device can avoid to contact with the pins repeatedly,and reduce the risk of electrostatic damage to the sensor.
