PLA/PBAT/ATP复合纤维的制备及其吸附和脱附性能

摘要 以γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)对凹凸棒土(ATP)进行表面修饰制得ATP-KH560,采用熔融共混法制备聚乳酸(PLA)/聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸丁二酯(PBAT)/ATP复合材料,然后通过熔融纺丝制备相应的复合纤维并装备成香烟滤嘴。研究了PBAT用量对复合材料力学性能和微观结构以及复合纤维熔融和降解行为的影响,考察了不同纤维丝束滤嘴的加香效果,并评估了复合纤维滤嘴对不同蒸汽的吸附性能。结果表明,PBAT对PLA具有较好的增韧作用,随PBAT用量增大,复合材料的拉伸强度逐渐下降,复合纤维的结晶度和降解速率均逐渐降低,复合纤维丝束的加香效果显著提升。PBAT用量为20份、ATP-KH560用量为4份时,复合材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为32.6 MPa和106.4%,同时具有较好的可纺性,复合纤维丝束滤嘴对薄荷醇的吸附量达到2.94 mg/支,且具有较好的吸附稳定性,逐口释放量随口数增加逐渐增大,且对极性和非极性气体的吸附性均高于纯PLA,对尼古丁的过滤效率与纯乙酸纤维素(CA)滤嘴最为接近,在绿色烟用滤嘴材料方面具有一定的应用前景。 Attapulgite(ATP)was modified byγ-glycidyl ether oxypropyl trimethoxysilane(KH560)to afford ATP-KH560,and then polylactic acid(PLA)/poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)/ATP composites were prepared by melt blending method.Finally,the corresponding composite fibers were prepared by melt spinning and equipped into cigarette filters.The effects of PBAT content on the mechanical properties and microstructure of composites and the melting and degradation behaviors of composite fibers were studied.The flavoring effects of different fiber tow filters were investigated,and the adsorption properties of composite fiber filters to different steam were evaluated.The results show that PBAT has good toughening effects on PLA,with the increase of PBAT content,the tensile strength of the composite is decreased gradually,the crystallinity and degradation rate of the composite fiber are both decreased,and the aromatization effect of the composite fiber tow is increased significantly.When PBAT content is 20 phr and ATP-KH560 content is 4 phr,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the composite are 32.6 MPa and 106.4%with a reasonable spinnability.The adsorption capacity of composite fiber tow filter to menthol is 2.94 mg/cigarette with good adsorption stability.The puff-by-puff release of menthol in the composite fiber tow filter is gradually increased,the adsorption capacities towards polar and nonpolar gases are higher than that of pure PLA,and the filtering efficiency of nicotine is the closest to that of pure cellulose acetate(CA)filter.It shows a certain application prospect in green cigarette filter materials.
