背景资料国际会议中心协会(AIPC)是一个国际机构,成员为全球54个国家170个顶级会议中心。AIPC借助其广泛的国际代表性,鼓励各会议场馆管理者提供优质服务,并出台多项教育、研究、社交网络项目来达成此目标。AIPC也在广泛的商务与文化领域支持相关的教育、学术与行业发展关系,以促进国际会议产业的发展。AIPC的使命之一是制定会展场馆运营的最高标准,目前已设立AIPC会员制、品质标准评估项目与AIPC Apex Award等项目,以鼓励场馆管理公司提高运营效率与服务质量。本期我们将重点介绍品质标准评估项目。
