碘元素自动检测仪检测尿碘结果分析 被引量:3

Analysis of urine iodine detected by iodine element automatic detector

摘要 目的观察碘元素自动检测仪检测人群尿碘含量,进行结果分析,简化尿碘检测技术,进一步提高尿碘检测质量及数量,以便确定更适合于基层实验室人员大批量进行尿碘检测方法。方法采用碘元素自动检测仪(下称“仪器法”)和砷铈催化分光光度测定方法(下称“手工法”)对相同标准物质及样品进行尿碘检测,比较两种方法的差异及优劣。结果碘元素自动检测仪和砷铈催化分光光度方法测定标准物质结果均在参考值范围内,平均回收率分别为100.3%~103.4%、98.9%~101.5%,精密度比较差异无统计学意义(Z=-0.099,P>0.05)。结论碘元素自动检测仪检测尿碘方法简便、容易操作,准确性和精密度高,稳定性好,适合基层尿碘实验室检测应用。 Objective To observe the urine iodine content of the population detected by the iodine element automatic detector,analyze the results,simplify the urine iodine detection technology,further improve the quality and quantity of urine iodine detection,so as to determine a more suitable method for the mass urine iodine detection of grass-roots laboratory personnel.Methods Urine iodine of the same reference materials and samples was detected by automatic iodine detector(hereinafter referred to as"instrument method")and arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometry(hereinafter referred to as"manual method"),and the differences and advantages of the two methods were compared.Results The results of the iodine element automatic detector and the arsenic-cerium catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of the reference material were all within the reference value range,and the average recoveries were 100.3%-103.4%and 98.9%-101.5%,respectively,and there was no significant difference in the precision(Z=-0.099,P>0.05).Conclusion The method of detecting urinary iodine with iodine element automatic detector is simple,easy to operate,high accuracy and precision,and has good stability.It is suitable for the detection of urinary iodine in grass-roots laboratories.
