摘要
研发了2BY-2型丘陵山地玉米免耕施肥播种机,适用于山地、丘陵地区的农业机械。该机可实现山坡地及丘陵地机械免耕精密播种,机组下地一次即可完成灭茬破秸、开沟、施肥、播种、覆土、镇压等复式作业,减少了机组下地次数、提高了作业效率、保证了作业质量、降低了作业成本、保护了土壤环境。经田间试验可知,该机具有结构合理、性能稳定、适应能力强、调整方便、可靠性高等特点,各项性能指标均达到了设计要求,满足丘陵山地玉米免耕施肥播种的农艺要求。
2BY-2 type no-tillage fertilization seeder for corn in hilly and mountainous areas was developed,which belongs to agricultural machinery in mountainous and hilly areas.This machine can realize mechanical no-tillage precision seeding on hillside and hilly land.The unit can complete multiple operations such as stubble and straw cutting,trenching,fertilization,seeding,soil covering,and compaction at one time,which reduces the number of times the unit goes to the ground,improves the operation efficiency,ensures the operation quality,reduces the operation cost,and protects the soil environment.The field test shows that the machine has the characteristics of reasonable structure,stable performance,strong adaptability,convenient adjustment,high reliability,and all performance indicators meet the design requirements,and meet the agronomic requirements of no-tillage fertilization and seeding of corn in hilly and mountainous areas.
