摘要
自国家实施创新驱动发展战略和知识产权战略以来,中国在全球创新指数的排名逐年提升,目前已跃居第14位,成为名副其实的创新型国家。随着《中国制造2025》等重大规划的落实实施,国家针对智能农机装备领域的战略部署也日趋完善。针对知识产权自主创新能力、保护强度、转化运用能力等制约智能农机装备自主知识产权快速发展的主要因素进行了探究与分析,指出实现供给侧结构性改革、加快产业转型升级、促进农业增产增收等重要途径,对该领域科研技术人员提出了新要求。同时指出完善产学研合作机制的必要性,建议形成农机创新、专利申请、市场化、再创新的良性循环,促进我国智能农机装备在国际市场的竞争力提升。
Since the implementation of the national innovation driven development strategy and intellectual property strategy,China's ranking in the global innovation index has increased year by year.At present,China has leapt to the 14th place,becoming a truly innovative country.With the implementation of"made in China 2025"and other major plans,the national strategic deployment in the field of intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment is also increasingly improved.This paper researches and analyzes the main factors that restrict the rapid development of intellectual property of intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment,such as independent innovation ability,protection intensity,transformation and application ability.The important ways to realize supply side structural reform,accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading,and promote agricultural production and income increase were pointed out,and new requirements were put forward for scientific research and technical personnel in this field.At the same time,it points out the necessity of improving the cooperation mechanism of industry,University and research,and proposes to form a virtuous circle of agricultural machinery innovation,patent application,marketization and re-innovation,so as to enhance the competitiveness of China's intelligent agricultural machinery equipment in the international market.
