职业人视角下的高职学生职业素质培养 “126”计划

为深入贯彻习近平总书记在全国教育大会上的讲话精神,贯彻高职教育立德树人的宗旨,针对高职学生的职业素质培养工作,探讨一种新的工作路径,即在“职业人”的培养视角下,制定“126”计划。该计划从教学工作和学生管理工作两个角度出发,展开六项具体措施与方法,旨在培养学生的职业精神、创新意识、创业能力。“126”计划以提升学生职业素养为核心,探索教育教学新途径,助力学生早日成才圆梦,对高等职业学校人才培养分享一条可参考的途径,具有创新意义。

In order to deeply implement the speech spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the National Education Conference,to cultivate higher vocational students’professional quality,this paper discusses a new working path,from the perspective of“professional person”training,the“126”plan is formulated for the professional quality training of higher vocational students.The plan launches six specific measures and methods from the perspectives of teaching and student management,aiming at cultivating students’professional spirit,innovation consciousness and entrepreneurial ability.The plan takes the improvement of students’professional quality as the core,explores new ways of education and teaching,so that students can grow up as soon as possible,and puts forward a reference idea for college education work,which has innovative significance.
