Construction of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Tutor Team for College Students in Agricultural Vocational Colleges under The Background of“Double High Plan”

“双高计划”实施对高职院校创建双创导师团队具有非常重要的作用,不仅能改善大学生就业现状,同时还能引领学生走向正确发展方向。基于此,围绕“双高计划”背景下涉农高职院校大学生双创导师团队创建进行探讨。首先简单说明创建双导师队伍的意义,其次从认知、文化、实践等多个角度入手实现教师队伍建设目标。希望可以起到借鉴作用,为高职院校双创导师团队建设提供参考。

The implementation of the“double high plan”plays a very important role in the establishment of entrepreneurship and innovation tutor teams in higher vocational colleges,which can not only improve the employment status of college students,but also lead students to the right direction of development.Based on this,this paper focuses on the establishment of entrepreneurship and innovation tutor team for college students in agricultural vocational colleges under the background of“double high plan”.First of all,it briefly explains the significance of creating a team of double tutors,and then realizes the goal of building a team of teachers from multiple perspectives such as cognition,culture and practice.It is hoped that the discussion can play a reference role and provide reference for the construction of entrepreneurship and innovation tutor team in higher vocational colleges.
