内嵌式ALC墙板钢框架结构的抗裂性能试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目前装配式钢结构体系已经日益完善,但建筑构造方面存在的问题越来越多,特别是钢框架与填充墙之间的裂缝问题较明显.因此,设计了4组足尺结构模型,对其进行静力荷载作用下的试验,并采用裂缝计和光纤光栅位移传感器进行量测,通过比较各个试件在不同位移角下钢框架与ALC墙板接缝处裂缝发展情况对不同建筑构造形式中的钢框架与ALC墙板接缝处的抗裂性能进行综合评估.试验结果表明:钩头螺栓的刚度远大于U型钢卡,且钩头螺栓、耐碱玻纤网格布都对ALC板与钢梁钢柱接缝处的裂缝有很好的抑制作用,ALC板与钢柱接缝宽度对裂缝的抑制不明显.光纤光栅位移传感器灵敏度较高,不适用于墙板裂缝测量.建立钢框架内嵌ALC墙板结构有限元模型并验证有限元模型的准确性.分析了连接件、耐碱玻纤网格布以及ALC墙板与钢框架接缝宽度等参数对钢框架内嵌ALC墙板接缝处抗裂性能的影响规律,并提出了一种有利于防止裂缝产生的建筑构造措施. The prefabricated steel structure system has been increasingly perfected,but there are increasing problems in building construction,particularly the obvious cracks between the steel frames and in-filled walls.As a result,four groups of full-scale structural models were designed,tested,and measured using crack meters and fiber grating sensors under static load.By comparing the development of cracks at the joints between the steel frames and ALC(autoclaved light-weight concrete)wall panels under different displacement angles of each specimen,the crack resistance of the joints between the steel frames and ALC wall panels in different building structures was evaluated.The test results show that the hook bolt has a much higher stiffness than the U-shaped steel clip and that the hook bolt and alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh have a good restraint effect on cracks at the joints between the ALC wall panels and steel frames,whereas the width of the joints between the ALC wall panels and steel columns has no obvious restraint effect on cracks.The fiber grating sensor has a higher sensitivity and is not suitable for wall crack measurement.A finite element model of steel frames with ALC in-filled walls was established,and its accuracy was verified.The effect of parameters such as connecting pieces,alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh,and joint width between ALC wall panels and steel frames on the crack resistance of the joint of the steel frames with ALC in-filled walls was investigated.A construction measure which is beneficial to prevent the crack was proposed.
