摘要
研究了通过超高压条件的方法提升材料的降温性能.将氮化硼含量为2%的复合材料薄膜分别在0、200和400 MPa下进行不同高静压处理,对照空白进行了SEM、力学、XRD、TG、DSC、DMA测试.实验证明,高静压条件会使PLA成膜液发生微观结构的变化,材料在高静压处理条件下结晶度降低,材料的韧性升高,断裂伸长率提升明显.热学性能并未发生显著变化,DMA显示材料的粘性与储能模量提升明显.材料的降温性能与2%含量的氮化硼降温幅度相似,与标准样品相比,材料的降温性能提升.
In this paper,the method of improving the cooling performance of materials under ultra-high pressure is studied.The composite films with boron nitride content of 2%were treated with different high static pressure at 0、200 and 400 MPa respectively,and the blank was tested by SEM,mechanics,XRD,TG,DSC and DMA.Experiments show that high static pressure will change the microstructure of PLA film-forming solution,reduce the crystallinity,increase the toughness and elongation at break of the material under high static pressure.The thermal properties did not change significantly.DMA showed that the viscosity and storage modulus of the material increased significantly.The cooling performance of the material is similar to that of 2%boron-nitride.Compared with the standard sample,the cooling performance of the material is improved.
