“互联网+”背景下高校教师发展档案信息化建设策略探究 被引量:3

摘要 本文主要针对高校教师发展档案这一重要教师档案管理形式,对其做一个全面阐释。通过利用现代信息技术,融入教师发展管理服务平台建设和应用等形式与手段,加强高校教师档案信息化管理,将其有效运用于教育教学和教师档案管理,形成全方位反映教师发展价值的电子资源。“互联网+”背景下高校教师发展档案的建设能为教师职称评聘、考核评优、选拔任用等方面提供真实、有效的原始凭证和依据,以期能改善高校教学质量,推动教师专业发展,全面提升教师素质能力和提升人才培养质量。 This paper aims mainly at the important form of teacher archives management in colleges and universities and makes a comprehensive explanation of it. By using modern information technology, integrating the construction and application of teachers development management service platform and other forms and means, strengthen the information management of college teachers’ archives, and apply it effectively to educational teaching and teachers’ archive management to form electronic resources that reflect the value of teachers’ development in an all-round way. The construction of college teachers’ development archives under the background of "Internet +" can provide real and effective original evidence and basis for teachers’ professional title evaluation, evaluation, and selection, selection, and appointment, etc., to improve the teaching quality in colleges and universities, promote the professional development of teachers, and improve comprehensively the teachers’ quality and ability to improve the quality of personnel cultivating.
