本文主要针对高校教师发展档案这一重要教师档案管理形式,对其做一个全面阐释。通过利用现代信息技术,融入教师发展管理服务平台建设和应用等形式与手段,加强高校教师档案信息化管理,将其有效运用于教育教学和教师档案管理,形成全方位反映教师发展价值的电子资源。“互联网+”背景下高校教师发展档案的建设能为教师职称评聘、考核评优、选拔任用等方面提供真实、有效的原始凭证和依据,以期能改善高校教学质量,推动教师专业发展,全面提升教师素质能力和提升人才培养质量。
