摘要 2022年国发2号文件出台,明确提出要推动贵州教育高质量发展,本文以贵州大学为例,探讨干部人事档案作为人才选拔、任用的重要依据,在高质量发展背景下,开发利用干部人事档案信息资源面临的困境及解决的对策,让干部人事档案信息资源更好地为院校的高质量发展做贡献。 The No. 2 National Development Document was issued in 2022, which proposed clearly to promote the high-quality development of education in Guizhou. Taking Guizhou University as an example, this paper discusses the difficulties faced by the development and utilization of information resources of cadres’ personnel archives and the countermeasures to solve them under the background of high-quality development, so that the information resources of cadres’ personnel archives can contribute better to the high-quality development in the University.
