多通道高速刨削式油茶果破壳机设计与试验

摘要 为提高加工对象适应性及减少茶籽破损,设计一种基于刨削原理的多通道高速刨削式油茶果破壳机,对其工作原理及其关键部件的结构设计进行分析。以推进滚筒转速和摊晒天数为试变量因子,进行油茶果脱壳试验。试验结果表明:破壳率超过99%,碎籽率小于1%。 In order to improve the adaptability of processing objects and reduce the damage of tea seeds,a gear driven camellia oil fruit high-speed planer was designed based on planing principle,and its working principle and the structural design of its key components were analyzed.Taking the rotation speed of the propulsion drum and the days of drying as test variables,the shell breaking rate of camellia oleifera fruit was over 99%and the seed breaking rate was less than 1%.
