混杂纤维沥青混合料路用性能试验研究

摘要 将水镁石纤维和海泡石纤维单独及混合掺入AC-13沥青混合料中,通过车辙试验、小梁弯曲试验和浸水马歇尔试验研究了0.3%纤维总掺量下沥青混合料的路用性能。结果表明,纤维的加入可以提高沥青混合料的高温、低温和水稳定性能;并且混掺纤维沥青混合料的性能优于单掺的。水镁石和海泡石纤维以质量比2∶3的比例混合掺入时,高温和低温性能最好;当纤维以3∶2的比例混合掺入时,水稳定性能最好。引入功效系数法确定了最佳性价比的纤维掺入方案。水镁石与海泡石纤维以1∶4的比例加入到混合料时性价比最高。 Brucite fiber and sepiolite fiber were separately and mixed into AC-13 asphalt mixture.The pavement performance of asphalt mixture with 0.3%total fiber content was studied by rutting test,trabecular bending test and soaking Marshall test.The results show that the high temperature,low temperature and water stability of asphalt mixture can be improved by adding fiber.The performance of mixed fiber asphalt mixture is better than that of single mixture.When brucite and sepiolite fibers are mixed at a mass ratio of 2∶3,their properties are the best at high and low temperatures.Water stability is best when fibers are mixed in a ratio of 3∶2.In addition,the efficiency coefficient method was introduced to determine the optimal fiber incorporation scheme.The ratio of brucite to sepiolite fiber was 1∶4 when it was added to the mixture.
