摘要
文章通过建构智慧乡村建设评价体系,实证测度了中国31个省份2010—2019年智慧乡村建设水平。研究结果表明,智慧乡村建设水平整体呈上升趋势。Dagum基尼系数及其子群分解结果显示,西部地区的智慧乡村建设水平存在较大差异,东中部地区相对持平;核密度检验结果显示,智慧乡村整体建设水平呈现显著波动变化趋势,东中部地区向积极方向演化成效显著,西部地区提升空间较大。为推动中国智慧乡村建设,各地区应将提升智慧乡村建设水平作为一项共同目标协同发力,从缩小智慧乡村建设的区域间与区域内差距入手,深耕智慧乡村建设区域协同发展。
By constructing an evaluation index system for smart rural construction,this paper empirically measures the level of smart rural construction in 31 provinces of China from 2010 to 2019.The results show that the level of smart rural construction is on the rise.Dagum Gini coefficient and its subgroup decomposition results show that there is a large difference in the level of smart rural construction in the western region,while the level in the eastern and central regions is similar.The results of kernel density test show that the overall level of smart rural construction presents a significant fluctuation trend,that the eastern and cen⁃tral regions have significantly evolved in a positive direction,and that the western region has more room for improvement.In order to promote the smart rural construction in China,all regions should take the improvement of the smart rural construction level as a common goal and make concerted efforts,start from narrowing the gap between regions and within regions,and deepen the re⁃gional coordinated development of smart rural construction.
