摘要 以既有物流园区的货运中转枢纽作为当前多式联运中转枢纽选址的备选地点,综合考虑货运量、货运成本、碳排放等影响因素,利用鲍摩-瓦尔夫模型,以包含货运中转枢纽的运营成本、该批货物在货运中转枢纽前后两段路程的总运输成本、在货运中转枢纽的中转存储成本以及碳排放成本在内的总成本最低为目标,建立多式联运中转枢纽选址模型,求解得出最终选取南京作为最佳的中转枢纽选址地,并对计算结果进行了验证。 Taking the existing freight transfer hubs in logistics parks as the candidate location for the current multimodal transport transfer hubs,with comprehensive consideration of factors such as freight volume,freight costs and carbon emissions,etc.,and based on the Baumol-Wolfe model,we set up a site selection model of multimodal transport transfer hub with the goal of minimizing the total cost composed of the operating cost of the freight transfer hub,the total transportation cost of the cargo before reaching and after leaving the freight transfer hub,the transfer storage cost at the freight transfer hub,and the carbon emission cost.Finally,as was verified through an empirical example,Nanjing was selected as the best location for the transfer hub.
