教学能力大赛背景下的高职教师教学能力提升策略——以《三维场景设计》课程为例

摘要 以教学能力大赛为研究背景,从以赛促学、促教、促建方面总结了教学能力大赛对高职教师教学能力提升的基本作用;并结合《三维场景设计》课程,策划创新了教师能力教学提升方案,从课程形式、学生培养和评价方式革新提出了高职教师教学能力提升策略,以期通过课程设计创新提升《三维场景设计》课程教学质量。 Taking the teaching ability contest as the research background,this paper summarizes the basic role of the teaching ability contest in improving the teaching ability of higher vocational teachers from the aspects of promoting learning,teaching and construction by competition;In combination with the course of“3D Scene Design”,it has planned and innovated the teaching improvement plan of teachers'ability,and proposed the teaching ability improvement strategy of higher vocational teachers from the innovation of curriculum form,student training and evaluation methods,with a view to improving the teaching quality of“3D Scene Design”course through curriculum design innovation.
