摘要
免烧砖是以建筑垃圾中的渣土、再生细骨料、泥饼、粗石粉等为主要原材料,水泥为主要胶凝材料,在一定压力下压制成型,自然覆膜养护,通过单因素试验和正交试验探究了各因素对免烧砖的影响,得到了免烧砖的较优配比,制备的免烧砖7d抗压强度可达23.2MPa,28d抗压强度可达26.6MPa,能够满足再生骨料地面砖国家标准中MU25级别的强度要求。
In this paper, the influence of each factor on non-fired bricks is explored through single-factor test and orthogonal test, and the optimal ratio of non-fired bricks is obtained, and the 7d compressive strength of the prepared non-fired bricks can reach 23.2MPa and 28d compressive strength can reach 26.6MPa, which can meet the strength requirements of MU25 in the national standard of recycled aggregate paving bricks.
