全集料重矿渣高性能透水砖的研究与实践

摘要 目前,国内使用的路面透水材料大部分是水泥结合石灰石质透水砖,普遍存在结构强度偏低、透水性能不高、色彩质量较差的问题,这已不能满足海绵城市深入发展的需要。为此,主要论述了利用重矿渣制备高性能透水砖的工艺研究和产业化实践,主要是结合透水砖发展方向,自主创新水钢重矿渣高效、高质、高值利用的绿色技术,重点开展了产品结构强度和透水性能提高、蓄水功能开发的研究;同时,针对本地区旅游城市的可视化艺术表现需求,进行了产品工作面(上表面)的新工艺试验,在透水砖铺装路面色彩方面取得了良好成果。最终获得了透水性能优越、蓄水功能良好、装饰效果靓丽的全集料重矿渣高性能透水砖。 At present, most of the permeable materials used in China for pavement are cement-bonded limestone permeable bricks, which generally have the problems of low structural strength, low permeability and poor color quality, which can no longer meet the needs of the in-depth development of sponge cities[1]. This paper mainly discusses the process research and industrialization practice of using heavy slag to prepare high performance permeable bricks, with the development of permeable bricks. The independent innovation of green technology of efficient, high quality and high value utilization of water steel heavy slag is employed. This paper focuses on the research topics of product structural strength and permeability improvement, as well as water storage function development. At the same time, for the visualization art performance demand of the tourist city in this region, the new process test of the product working surface(upper surface) was carried out, and good results were achieved in the color of permeable brick pavement. Finally, the full-aggregate heavy slag high-performance permeable brick with superior permeability, good water storage function and beautiful decorative effect was obtained.
