摘要
针对大功率往复式压缩机运行过程中,其传动部件十字头,由于自身振动导致磨损、破裂甚至断裂。根据往复压缩机工作原理,通过对十字头的静力分析及模态分析,掌握其应力集中和各阶固有频率;结合某型号压缩机实际运行中十字头的失效形式,提出结构优化方案。结果表明,该优化方案能够有效改善十字头关键部位应力集中及形变过大现象,提高十字头工作寿命,对该类型十字头的结构设计及制造有一定的借鉴意义。
During operation of high-power reciprocating compressor, the crosshead of its drive element is easily worn, cracked or even fractured due to self-vibration. This paper acknowledges the stress concentration and natural frequencies of each stage through the static analysis and modal analysis of the crosshead according to the working principle of the reciprocating compressor, and proposes the structural optimization scheme on the basis of the failure mode of the crosshead of a certain compressor. The results show that the optimization scheme can effectively reduce the stress concentration and excessive deformation of the key areas of the crosshead, improve the working life of the crosshead, and referential to structural design and manufacture of similar type of crosshead.
