摘要
为有效避免垂直传动系统中单一故障的发生,常采取带抱闸电机和第二抱闸的设计方案,而第二抱闸通常要保证定盘与动盘的装配间隙,如果间隙超出有效范围会导致刹车失效。在大负载下,垂直传动系统丝杠的轴向窜动会引起第二抱闸间隙变化。通过受力及数据分析,对现有结构进行改进设计,保证外接抱闸的动盘与定盘间隙固定,避免抱闸失效导致的机构下落危及人员生命及财产安全。
The design scheme of motor with brake and secondary brake is usually adopted to effectively prevent the occurrence of single failure of the vertical drive system, and the assembly clearance between the fixed disc and the movable disc is usually ensured by the secondary brake, and the brake fails if the clearance exceeds an effective range. Axial movement of the lead screw of the vertical drive system causes clearance change of the secondary brake under the condition of heavy load. This paper improves the design of the existing structure to ensure that the clearance between the movable disc and the fixed disc of the external brake is fixed, so as to avoid the danger to personnel and property caused by dropping of the mechanism in case brake failure.
