摘要
针对某转子产品合格率不高的问题,对精炼渣系进行优化,提出用低硅、低铝渣系去除夹杂物。通过分析得到精炼渣的组分最优范围,以质量百分比计为:CaO:45%~55%,SiO_(2):5%~15%,MgO:4%~8%,Al_(2)O_(3):20%~30%。
This research optimizes the refining slag system, in order to solve the problem of low qualification rate of a certain type of rotor, and proposes the method to remove the inclusions by adopting low silicon and low aluminum slag system.Analysis shows the optimum range of components of refining slag is CaO: 45%~55%, SiO_(2): 5%~15%, MgO: 4%~8%, Al_(2)O_(3):20%~30% by mass percentage.
