摘要
针对1580 mm热轧生产线提高生产节奏后,原有检测控制系统存在不足,导致入炉定位不准,自动步停机,辊道检测出现掉号,以及无法自动出钢等生产事故,采取有针对性的改进措施,缩短操作周期,控制系统得到优化,炉区生产节奏加快,故障时间大大降低,满足生产需求。
In order to complement deficiencies of the original detection and control system which resulting in inaccurate positioning of furnace charging, stoppage of automation procedure, signal interruption of roller table detection and failure of automatic tapping that occurred after improving the production rhythm of 1580 mm hot rolling line, this paper proposes relevant improvement measures to shorten the operation cycle and optimize the control system, realizes acceleration of production rhythm in the furnace area, great reduction of downtime and meets the production requirements.
