技术准备攻关奖励的量化研究

Research on Quantification of Breakthrough Awards of Technical Preparation

通过对影响技术准备攻关奖励相关因素进行系统分析,找出各影响因素对攻关奖励的作用机理。研究结果显示:技术准备攻关奖励随项目奖励基础、项目难易程度的增加而提高,随项目设计周期可压缩程度的增大而减少。

This paper analyzes the factors affecting the breakthrough awards of technical preparation and defines the influencing mechanism of each factor on the breakthrough award. The results show that breakthrough awards of technical preparation increases with the award basis and difficulty of the project, and decreases with the ease of design cycle reduction.
