Constructing a dynamic talent ecosystem with systematic and strategic thinking: Taking Beijing University of Chinese Medicine as an example

以北京中医药大学人才工作实践为基础,围绕人才引育体系的建立、人才评价体系的构建、青年人才的战略储备、人才生态环境的营造等方面探索人才工作的着力点,总结提炼出的经验启示为新时代高校人才工作提供借鉴。

Based on the practice of cultivating talents in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, this paper focused on talent cultivation from the following aspects: establishing talent introduction-cultivation system, constructing talent evaluation system, establishing strategic reserves of young talents, and constructing talent ecological system. The experience and implications of this practice could provide reference for talent cultivation in universities in the new era.
