摘要
目的在新时代背景下,构建中医师岗位胜任力模型,以期指导现阶段中医人才的培养及评价。方法采用团体焦点访谈和德尔菲专家咨询法,进行2场访谈及11名专家问卷调查。结果研究构建了基于“洋葱模型”的中医师岗位胜任力模型,包括3个层次、6个一级指标、19个二级指标、89个指标要素;第一层是以“大医精诚”为核心的职业精神与职业素养,第二层包括中医经典与中医思维、通识知识与通用能力、终身学习与发展3个一级指标,第三层包括中医知识与西医基础知识、辨证论治与临床能力2个一级指标。结论本研究构建的中医师岗位胜任力模型能反映现阶段中医师岗位胜任力的要素,能够为中医人才的培养和评价提供参考依据。
Objective This paper aims at constructing a post competence model for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)doctors to guide the cultivation and evaluation of TCM talents under the new era.Methods Group focus interview and Delphi expert consultation method were used to conduct 2 interviews and 11 expert questionnaire surveys.Results Based on an“onion model”,the three-level TCM doctor post competence model is constructed including 6 first-class indexes,19 second-class indexes,and 89 indicators.The first level is about professional spirit and ethics centering around“Virtues of great TCM doctors”.The second level covers 3 first-class indexes including TCM classics,TCM thinking,general knowledge,general ability,life-long learning and development.The third level covers 2 first-class indexes including traditional Chinese and Western medicine knowledge,ability of diagnosis and treatment based on pattern differentiation and clinical ability.Conclusions The post competence model of TCM doctors can reflect the elements of post competence of TCM doctors at the present stage,and can provide reference for cultivating and evaluating TCM talents.
