中医临床综合基本技能实训教学培养方案修订的探索

Training program revision of basic TCM integrative skills of clinical practice teaching

北京中医药大学东直门医院实训教学团队重视探索中医临床综合基本技能实训教学培养方案的构建与改革方法,长期以中医临床实践能力培养为切入点,分层次分难度,不断改革设计中医临床综合基本技能实训教学培养方案。2021年按照北京中医药大学本科临床实践教学大纲修订工作的通知精神,对目前使用的中医学临床专业八年制(“5+3”)的实训教学培养方案进行了新一轮的修订,初步完成了更加凸显临床实践能力培养的新版中医临床综合基本技能实训教学方案,为继续做好以中医临床综合技能实训教学培养方案为依托,提高中医院校人才培养水平,加强和深化中医创新人才的教育改革研究提供一定的参考。

The practical training teaching team attaches importance to exploring the construction and reform methods of training program of basic TCM integrative skills in clinical practice. The teaching team has been working on the training program based on improving the clinical ability in practice on different degrees and levels. Guided by 2021 revised undergraduate clinical practice syllabus issued by Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, the teaching team made a further revision of clinical training program for eight-year(5+3) TCM majors. A new version was completed highlighting the cultivation of clinical practice ability, which laid a foundation for the improvement of practical skill training and enhancement of TCM talent cultivation. It can also provide reference for the research on educational reform of TCM innovative talents cultivation.
