Building a high-quality education system is the goal of education development determined by the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and it is also the direction of pedagogical research. Promoting the high-quality development of education is the purpose of pedagogical research. The construction of a high-quality education system in the new era has put forward a series of new requirements for pedagogical research. Guided by the construction of a high-quality education system, the innovative development of pedagogy needs to further base itself on the practice of educational transformation and construct a systematic pedagogical theory;focus on the high-quality education system, enrich the development of educational science branches, and realize the integration of pedagogical research horizons.
