摘要
基于2010—2019年长三角城市群27个地级市的面板数据,测算高质量发展指数和工业机器人密度,实证分析了人工智能技术对长三角城市群高质量发展的影响以及这一影响的异质性和滞后性。实证结果表明:首先,人工智能技术能够有效提升长三角城市群高质量发展水平,这一影响具有显著滞后性,产业结构高级化是其重要影响机制。其次,人工智能技术对长三角城市群高质量发展的影响具有异质性,对高质量发展指数较高城市的正向促进作用高于对指数较低城市的作用。在此基础上,提出了完善人工智能技术发展条件、打造人工智能发展高地等具体政策建议。
Using the data of 27 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Delta city cluster from 2010 to 2019, this paper calculates the high-quality development index and industrial robot density, and empirically analyzes the impact of artificial intelligence technology on the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta city agglomeration and the potential heterogeneity and lag of this impact. The empirical results show that: artificial intelligence technology can effectively improve the high-quality development level of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, and this impact has a significant lag, and the advanced industrial structure is one of the important mechanisms. The positive effect of artificial intelligence on the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta city agglomeration is heterogeneous: the positive effect on cities with a higher high-quality development index is higher than the effect on cities with a lower index. On this basis, such policy recommendations have been put forward as improving the development conditions for artificial intelligence technology and creating a highland for the development of artificial intelligence.
