济南某三甲医院731例肺炎支原体感染患者分布特点与感染现状

Distribution Characteristics and Infection Status of 731 Patients with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection in a ClassⅢGrade A hospital in Jinan

目的了解某院肺炎支原体(Mycoplasma Pneumoniae,MP)感染现状与分布情况,为MP的防治提供参考。方法肺炎支原体IgM抗体检测采用免疫捕获法,特异性抗体采用鼠抗人IgM(抗μ链)单克隆抗体。研究对象选取2021年7月-2022年4月呼吸道感染患者,通过患者MPAb-IgM结果回顾性分析某院MP感染现状与分布特点。结果某院2021年7月~2022年4月中,MP感染人数最多的月份是2021年11月、2021年12月、2022年1月(154,21.07%;256,35.02%;157,21.48%),阳性患者主要集中在4~7岁组,其余年龄组与4~7岁组之间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。支气管炎患者组中,MPAb-IgM阳性数量与阴性数量之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),咳嗽组、肺炎组、支气管肺炎组患者当中,MPAb-IgM阳性数量与阴性数量之间有极其显著统计学差异(P<0.001)。结论某院MP感染的暴发流行在冬季,学龄少年与青少年属于易感人群,患者出现咳嗽、肺炎、支气管炎、支气管肺炎症状时,在诊断与治疗中应考虑MP感染。

Objective To investigate the status and distribution of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae(MP)infection in Jinan area,and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of MP.Methods MPAb-IgM was detected by immunocapture method,and the specific antibody was murine anti-human IgM(anti-μchain)monoclonal antibody.Patients with respiratory tract infection were selected from July 2021 to April 2022.The current status and distribution characteristics of MP infection in a hospital were retrospectively analyzed by MPAb-IgM results of patients.Results From 2021.7 to 2022.4,the months with the largest number of MP infections were 2021.11,2021.12 and 2022.1(154,21.07%;256,35.02%;157,21.48%),the positive patients were mainly concentrated in the 4-7 years old group,and the differences between the other age groups and the 4-7 years old group were statistically significant(P<0.05).In bronchitis patients,the difference between the positive and negative MPAb-IgM was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant statistical difference between positive and negative MPAb-IgM(P<0.001).Conclusions The outbreak of MP infection in Jinan area is in winter,and school-age children are susceptible population.MP infection should be considered in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cough,pneumonia,bronchitis and bronchopneumonia.
