缓解高脂饲料诱导大口黑鲈肝损伤的营养策略 被引量:1

Nutritional Strategies for Alleviating High-Fat Diet-Induced Liver Damage in Largemouth Bass(Micropterus Salmoides)

摘要 高脂饲料诱导的肝损伤严重困扰着水产养殖业的健康发展。本文总结了大口黑鲈的脂肪需求,以及高脂饲料对大口黑鲈的负面影响。同时综述了缓解大口黑鲈肝损伤的营养策略,包括胆汁酸、绿原酸、虾青素等。近些年,一些潜在的营养策略(如维生素E、茶多酚和低聚木糖)在某些水产动物中也被证明具有缓解高脂诱导肝损伤的功效;本文着重介绍了乙氧基喹啉、甜菜碱、硫辛酸、姜黄素和丙酮酸钙在改善肝脏健康方面的作用,以期为水产养殖业的健康发展提供一定的理论基础。 High-fat diet-induced liver injury seriously limits the healthy development of aquaculture. This article summarized the fat requirements of largemouth bass and the negative effects of high-fat diets on largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides). At the same time, the nutritional strategies for alleviating liver damage in largemouth bass were reviewed, including bile acids, chlorogenic acid, astaxanthin, etc. In recent years, some potential nutritional strategies(such as vitamin E, tea polyphenols, and xylo-oligosaccharides) have also been shown to alleviate high-fat diet-induced liver injury in some aquatic animals. This paper focused on ethoxyquin, betaine, lipoic acid,curcumin, and calcium pyruvate, and aimed to provide a certain theoretical basis for the healthy development of aquaculture.
