摘要
滚镀锡过程中电解液流动和关键离子扩散过程复杂,研究其中的传质过程和电极过程对优化电镀工艺参数具有重要意义。本研究建立了基于旋转圆盘电极装置的三电极电化学池,采用极化曲线方法测试了锡的还原过程。分析了电极转速对极化曲线的影响,讨论了锡浓度、开缸剂浓度、pH值及温度对电极反应的影响,结果显示相关条件对电镀锡还原反应有显著影响。本研究对相关电镀参数的优化具有指导意义。
The electrolyte convection and critical ion diffusion are complex in tin barrel plating baths,and the mass transfer and electrode dynamics are highly significant in the optimization of the tin barrel plating process.In this study,a three-electrode electrochemical cell was established based on a rotating disc electrode device,and the polarization curve was conducted to analyze the reduction process of tin ions.The influence of electrode rotating speed on the polarization curve was analyzed,and the influence of tin concentration,cylinder opening agent concentration,pH value,and temperature on its reaction was further discussed.The results showed that the relative conditions significantly affected the reduction reaction of tin electroplating.It has a guiding significance for the optimization of relevant electroplating parameters.
