摘要
天然气净化厂投产以来闪蒸气量比设计值高很多,其主要成分为甲烷,约占90%以上,直接放火炬能源浪费较大。为了回收利用闪蒸气,根据其成分、水露点和压力的特点,开发出了可直接回收利用为燃料气的工艺:闪蒸气吸收塔扩径、聚结滤芯气液分离等技术,实现了闪蒸气全部回收,同时有效降低了消泡剂加注频次。
Since the natural gas purification plant has been put into operation,the flash gas volume is much higher than the design value,and its main component is methane,which accounts for more than 90% of the total energy.In order to recycle flash gas,according to its composition,water dew point and pressure characteristics,a process that can be directly recycled as fuel gas has been developed:flash gas absorption tower diameter expansion,coalescence filter element gas-liquid separation and other technologies,which achieve full recovery of flash steam and effectively reduce the injection frequency of defoamer.
