天然气处理平台硫化氢适应性分析与改造

摘要 在某深水气田开发设计时,油藏提供的气藏组分中不含硫化氢(H_(2)S)气体,但后期生产过程中出现了H_(2)S气体。针对目前的工况,该气田的开采平台根据实际工况及H_(2)S实测数据,对现有的工艺系统、设备管线、海底管线、H_(2)S实时监测及现场防护设备进行了适应性分析。同时根据分析结果,对平台上已不满足目前气田产H_(2)S现状的部分进行了相应的改造。 During the development and design of a deep-water gas field,the gas reservoir components provided by the reservoir do not contain hydrogen sulfide gas,but H_(2)S gas appears in the later production process.In view of the current working conditions,the production platform of the gas field has carried out adaptability analysis on the existing process system,equipment pipelines,submarine pipelines,H_(2)S realtime monitoring and on-site protective equipment according to the actual working conditions and H_(2)S measured data.At the same time,according to the analysis results,the part of the platform that does not meet the current H_(2)S production status of the gas field has been modified accordingly.
